Got a Harley Davidson Heritage Softail,Excellent service, Christine was a valuable help with the sale and when I went to collect it I had an issue trying to get the bike mot'd Tom helped no end, easy to find, good selection of bikes, knowledge helpful staff, I have no problem recommending anyone to go there.

I purchased my Harley Davidson electra glide ultra classic from Tom two years ago, all services, repairs and additions have been carried out by him and his team since I've had the bike. I have always found them to extremely polite and professional couple that with the value for money, and always willing to help attitude they have. I definitely won't be looking for possible future bikes, servicing and/or upgrades anywhere else.

I could spend hours in the store just looking at all the pretty things and talking to who works there. Their service side seems amahey there I've just put an order through for this exhaust being shipped to Coventry, it's for a 2011 Dyna Fat Bob FXDF, their service side looked amazing too. I was recommended HOT by a mate as I was looking fir someone decent to carry out customising my softail heritage. I called and spoke to Tom who was very knowledgeable and discussed my plans for how I wanted my bike. He collected it 2 days later and carried out all what I wanted. Kept me in the loop in the process and was really really well priced. If your looking for honesty and reliability this is the place. Wont go anywhere else now. Top blokes! Customer for life!!!!

Took my 2015 Sportster in for a service and check over as it was a new purchase to me.
Tom was meticulous and thanks to his knowledge, found problems with it from a previous service from another bike shop.
The ride home was amazing, bike ran so well it was like a different bike! So pleased and will definitely be using House of Thunder for work on the sportster

Run my Harley Davidson custom in to Tom and his guys for a gasket replacement also heads to be vapor blasted on my 86 evolution engine.

Also wanted a full check over and anything they felt needed replacing to be done along with a couple of tires fitted and some carburetor tuning.
So with an older bike there is bound to be a few bits worn and in need of replacing. Everything that was spotted was fully communicated and explained.
The level of care workmanship and trust is spot on here.
If your taking your pride and joy to house of thunder it's in great hands. Also very trustworthy and attentive to you and your motorcycle.

The service and Prices I've had from this company have been on point consistently. The team are knowledgeable, friendly and leave you feeling confident in your purchase. Tom and the crew at House of Thunder have completed a fair bit of work on my 1200 sportster. I was thinking of buying a bigger bike but loved my sportie so decided to get my bike how i wanted it. Tom rebuilt my engine after it had been polished, ported and rebored. He has also carried out my service work, upgraded my suspension and handlebars to apes. The bike is transformed and rides beautifully. The work is carried out to a standard above and beyond any main dealer with a good honest price for the work. The bike runs like a Swiss watch. If I do decide to buy a new bike at some point I will buy from Tom also, assured that its been over hauled to a high standard. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.
If you have a Harley, get down to the House of Thunder for all your maintenance and any work you've dreamed of doing to your ride.

Used House of Thunder to do some work on my VRod. Called in and booked as I brought the bike up in a trailer and needed to be done the same day. Tom sorted a new swing arm installation, new exhaust gaskets, new rear shocks and new brake lever. Was really pleased with all the work, they did a great job. Highly recommended, it's nice to find someone who knows their way around a VRod.

Had a few services and work done by house thunder now. Always top class work done at great prices. Tom is very helpful and knows his stuff. I'd definitely recommend over HD main dealer for your work, so so much cheaper, quicker and honest. I'd def be back in atleast 5000 miles for my next service. Bought new pipes off him, which he fitted. He then posted my old pipes back to me, so I didn't have to try and ride with my old pipes tied to the bike. Top guy
