2005 Harley-Davidson FLSTNI Softail Deluxe 1450 finished in a striking deep metallic red with fine gold pinstriping and showing just over 21,000 miles.

The Softail Deluxe is one of Harley-Davidson's most distinctive classic cruisers, combining a low-slung stance, deeply valanced mudguards, chrome wire wheels and traditional floorboards with the character and low-down torque of the 1450cc Twin Cam V-twin.

This example has been tastefully upgraded and is fitted with a custom performance air cleaner, twin aftermarket exhausts, auxiliary spotlights, custom grips and mirrors, studded leather saddlebags, a comfortable two-up touring seat, passenger backrest and luggage rack. Further chrome detailing and skull-themed accessories give the bike an individual appearance without taking away from its traditional Softail Deluxe styling.

The rich metallic paintwork presents extremely well and the extensive chrome gives the bike real presence. The saddlebags show some light age-related use, as expected, but overall this is a very attractive and well-equipped example.

With its comfortable riding position, useful luggage capacity and relaxed cruising ability, this Deluxe is equally suited to weekend rides or longer-distance touring.
